Return and Exchange Policy
Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to request a return. Once we create and send you the return label, you have 5 days to process the shipment.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Fill in this form with your order number, the reference(s) you want to send back, and the reason –> Start now
- Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label* and instructions on how to schedule a pickup or find the nearest TIPSA/DHL drop-off point.
- The returned articles should be packaged in original condition with the original labels.
*Please note: There is a fee for every return that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed, see the fee that applies to you below this text:

The product must be in perfect condition, and the original labels must be included.
If you wish to exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order.
DISCLAIMER: There will be no returns on any items containing ORGANZA in them, and there will be no returns on any purchases of the Délice Dress (Poire or Chocolat), since it is tailored to an specific length that the costumer chooses.
Delivery Failure
If delivery of your parcel becomes impossible after two attempts, we will attempt to find a safe place to leave it and will leave a note informing you of its location and pickup instructions. If you are not available at the delivery location, please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery date.
If your parcel remains undelivered 15 days after it becomes available for delivery due to reasons not attributable to us, we will assume you wish to cancel the order. In such cases:
- We will refund the price paid for the products as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation date (with a shipping-back fee subtracted from the original import, check fees above in our Return and Exchange policy).
- We reserve the right to charge transportation costs incurred from shipping and termination.
