Return and Exchange Policy
Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to request a return.
In accordance with banking regulations and fraud-prevention protocols, refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds cannot be redirected to a different bank account or payment instrument under any circumstances.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Fill in this form with your order number, the reference(s) you want to send back, and the reason –> Start now
- Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the shipping address for sending back the package.
*Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund once the item has been received and its condition checked.
The product must be in perfect condition, and the original labels must be included.
If you wish to exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order.

Delivery Failure
If delivery of your parcel becomes impossible after two attempts, we will attempt to find a safe place to leave it and will leave a note informing you of its location and pickup instructions. If you are not available at the delivery location, please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery date.
If your parcel remains undelivered 15 days after it becomes available for delivery due to reasons not attributable to us, we will assume you wish to cancel the order. In such cases:
- We will refund the price paid for the products as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation date (with a shipping-back fee subtracted from the original import, check fees above in our Return and Exchange policy).
- We reserve the right to charge transportation costs incurred from shipping and termination.
